Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located near various dining and shopping options, making it a practical choice. The rooms are sufficient with two beds and a bathroom, although they may not live up to the advertised expectations. The service was mixed - while helpful and accommodating to needs, there were concerning remarks about activities on the premises. The location is ideal for specific purposes, especially with easy access to West Point in High Falls, NY. The dining experience was subpar, with disappointing food quality. Overall, the hotel offers a decent stay with room for improvement in several aspects.
When I stayed at the hotel, I found the location to be convenient for our purposes, although it was a bit shabby and dark, making late-night returns a little scary. The service, however, was attentive and helpful, particularly when the owner comped us 2 out of the 3 rooms due to an unfortunate situation. The rooms really needed updating and there were roaches everywhere, but at least the hotel had the necessary facilities for a wheelchair user. The breakfast was beyond awful, but at least there were fresh-baked scones.
The hotel was decent but not impressive for the price paid. The rooms were outdated and in need of cleaning. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient with nearby dining options but had thin walls. The dining was below expectations, offering cold food in a noisy area. The facilities were average overall.
The hotel has a convenient location off the interstate and close to shopping, but there was trash around and noise from AC units and highway. The rooms were outdated and not well maintained, lacking essentials like a TV guide or dining options. Service was subpar, with rude staff during check-in, but improved when offered a newly renovated room. The dining was disappointing with minimal options and low-quality food. The overall experience was marred by maintenance issues and poor customer service.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was a bit shabby, but it served my needs well. The rooms were old and hard to access, and the service was efficient, though not without its quirks. The dining experience left a lot to be desired, but the facilities were adequate for a short stay.
I was so disappointed by my stay at this hotel. The rooms were disgraceful, right across the courtyard with very loud music until after midnight from a party in the banquet room. I refused to stay in that room as it was very outdated and the microwave was dirty. Despite this, the weekend entertainment did not bother us.
